Many of our students are local and live within walking distance of the College. There are two entrances to the grounds; one is through the main gates on the Glenavy Road and the other is a lane beside the pedestrian crossing, opposite Crumlin Dental Practice.
This lane brings students into the main playground area of the College, they will then make their way to the designated part of the school grounds for their year group, where they will be supervised until commencing the school day.
Students travel to the College from a range of locations and there are currently four different buses: 2 from Antrim, Glenavy and Ballinderry.
At the end of the school day, students who are travelling on the Antrim buses should exit through the lane running from the main school playground out to the main street. The bus stop is on the opposite side of the road from this lane; this can be reached by a pedestrian crossing. A member of staff is on duty every day. Students travelling on the Glenavy and Ballinderry buses should make their way down to the main school gates, the bus stop is on the same side of the road as the college. A member of staff is on duty every day.
