In September 2006, Crumlin welcomed its newest cohort of Year 8s into the first Integrated post-primary school in Antrim. The school has come a long way since then, growing into a college built on the ideals of respect and learning about all cultures in Northern Ireland. Ever since 1963, the college has provided education to the local community, developing its young people into independent, hard-working members of society.
We strive to ensure our young people have to opportunities to learn from each other’s backgrounds and beliefs in a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. Crumlin Integrated College believes in our learning community creating a voice for all.
Our staff are committed to our integrated ethos and guided by the Education Authority and the Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education (NICIE), have been trained in how to create a nurturing and caring environment for our students.
The school benefits from support from the Integrated Education Fund (IEF) and throughout the years has hosted many events that have allowed our students to experience and understand the many backgrounds that make up our school.
In June 2024, the school welcomed its new Principal, Mr Conlon. With an envigored energy to provide the best for our pupils, the school looks to the future and new horizons for all.
